Westgrove Connect

Connect is a bespoke payroll system.

Connect360 is a bespoke payroll system developed by Westgrove which includes time and attendance plus HR systems. Connect360 will record the on-site attendance, sickness and holidays of all colleagues accurately recording actual hours delivered to site.

All colleagues receive a unique PIN number and Connect360 will automatically track their attendance and provide an alert should they not log on/off. It’s a transparent system with reports made available to the Centre Management Teams.
