We train all staff to WorldHost standard and beyond as part of Westgrove Aspire. All our centres work towards service excellence accreditations, 5*, 6* and 7* status.

  • Customer Service Training – Westgrove equivalent to WorldHost Training through eLearning and face to face sessions as part of Aspire
  • Teams will follow the Westgrove 5*, 6*, 7* service excellence framework
  • Mystery shop reports each site per quarter to measure effectiveness of customer service training
  • Annual Service Excellence Awards to recognise achievements
